At Paw Approved Pet Services, LLC we understand that sometimes things happen and that you might need to cancel your service. To make things as easy to understand as possible, we have outlined our cancellation policies below. To avoid cancellation fees, please be sure to give us proper notice with the approved notification method.

Paw Approved Pet Services, LLC promises to provide peace of mind for you knowing that your pet(s) are in responsible, loving, reliable hands. We promise to keep your pet and home safe during the holidays so you can return to a happy, relaxed pet(s) and a clean home.

  • All bookings for Holidays are taken on a first come first serve basis during the holiday seasons.
  • Please note on all Holidays there is a $20.00 Holiday Fee added to the day.
  • To cancel a reservation for a holiday booking, please give Paw Approved a minimum of 4 days notice before the start of the first pet sitting and/or overnight pet service.
  • All holiday cancellations must be sent by e-mail only.  No text or voice messages accepted. Send cancellations to mary@pawapproved.com
  • Failure to give Paw Approved adequate cancellation notice for pet sitting and/or overnight services during the holidays will result in a cancellation fee billed to the client.
  • No refunds for early return home by clients.

Days We Consider Holidays

We observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day,  Easter,  Mother’s Day,  Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Pet sitting services on these days are subject to the Holiday Fee.

Purple Paw Print IconNon-Holiday Overnight and Pet Sitting Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings for pet sitting and/or overnight visits are taken on a first come first serve basis.
  • To cancel a reservation for a pet sitting and/or overnight service, please give Paw Approved a minimum of 24-hour notice before the start of the first pet service.
  • All cancellations must be sent by e-mail only.  No text or voice messages accepted. Send cancellations to mary@pawapproved.com
  • Failure to give Paw Approved adequate cancellation notice for pet sitting and/or overnight services will result in a fee billed to the client.
  • No refunds for early return home by clients.

Dog Paw IconPet Walking Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel a pet walking service for the day, please contact Paw Approved Pet Services, LLC no later than 8:00 am the day of the service by calling or texting 410-375-7811.
  • To cancel routine pet walks for an extended period please sent notice via e-mail to  mary@pawapproved.com
  • If pet provider shows up to home to perform service and cancellation was not given, the client is responsible for paying the full price for that service for the day.

Purple Paw IconInclement Weather and Safety Policy

    Paw Approved policy is that safety is paramount when it comes to caring for our client’s pets & our pet providers. In the event of inclement weather such as extreme temperatures and/or weather conditions such as high winds, high humidity, icy walking conditions and/or nature disasters Paw Approved is entrusted to use best judgment for caring for the safely and health of all pets in our care. Client agrees to Paw Approved Weather & Safety policy by acceptance at time of confirmation of services. Paw Approved will be held harmless for consequences related to such decisions made on behalf of the pet’s safety and welfare.

Paw Print BulletPayment Policy

    Client acknowledges that payment is due upon completion of services without further invoice or notice. Finance charge of 20% per month will be added to unpaid balances after 45 days. In the event it is necessary to initiate collection proceedings on the account, Client will be responsible for all attorney’s fees and cost of collection.
